    A one-page summary: what I'll build, what tech stack, what's in scope, what's out. You approve or we adjust.

    1-5 days depending on scope. I architect and build. No milestone meetings, no standups, no process overhead.

    GitHub repo, architecture documentation, 30-minute walkthrough. One revision round included.
